My promise: love your reading, or pay nothing

The guarantee, in one sentence

Every reading I deliver is covered by a 100% money-back guarantee: if your reading doesn't resonate with you, tell me within 60 days of your purchase and I will refund the full amount you paid — no forms to fight through, no interrogation, no hard feelings.

I offer this because I would rather return your money than have you keep a reading that didn't reach you. Trust is the whole of my work.

Before you refund — let me try once more, free

Every reading includes one free follow-up question. If something in your reading feels unclear, incomplete, or simply off, please write back first and let me clarify — often a single answered question turns confusion into the very insight you came for. The follow-up costs nothing and never affects your right to a refund afterwards.

The monthly plan

The monthly plan renews automatically every 30 days. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are never billed again after that.

I don't issue partial refunds for time that has already elapsed in a billing period. The one exception is the guarantee above: if a reading delivered under your plan didn't resonate and you are within 60 days of the purchase, the 60-day money-back guarantee still applies in full.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@psychicpamela.com and include the email address you used when you ordered, so I can find your purchase. A short note about why the reading missed the mark helps me improve, but it is entirely optional — you never have to justify your request.

How refunds are paid out

All payments are handled by JVZoo, my payment processor, so refunds are processed back through JVZoo to the payment method you originally used. Once approved, the money typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
