What you share with me stays between us

A reading only works if you can be honest with me, and you can only be honest if you know exactly what happens to what you share. This page explains, in plain English, what I collect, where it lives, and what I will never do with it.

What I collect

Your name and email address, collected at checkout through my payment processor.
The details you provide for your reading: your date of birth, the first names of the people your questions concern, and the questions and notes you choose to write.
Basic order records — which reading you purchased, when, and its status — so I can deliver it and help you afterwards.
A basic visit record, created when you arrive on the site: a random session ID, the campaign or partner link that brought you here (described under “Cookies and tracking”), and — like any web service — your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, and your device and browser type.

I ask only for what the reading genuinely needs. If a field is optional, leaving it empty is always fine.

Where your information lives

As you fill in the reading form, your answers are saved in your browser's local storage — that is, on your own device — so nothing you have typed is lost if you leave the page and come back.

When you complete your order, the details you entered are sent along with it so I can prepare your reading. From that point they are kept with your order records, and treated with the same care I would want for my own.

When you visit

When you arrive on the site, a basic visit record is created with my order-processing service: a random session ID, the campaign or partner details described under “Cookies and tracking”, and — like any web service — basic technical details of the request: your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, and your device and browser type. This exists so I can see which campaigns bring visitors to the site and, if you later order, credit your order to the right campaign or partner. It contains nothing you have typed.

When you continue with your order

When you press the button to continue with your order, the details you have entered — your contact details, your date of birth, and your questions and notes — are added to that visit record, so your reading can be prepared. If you return to the site later through another advert or partner link, the record is also refreshed with the new campaign details together with whatever you have saved so far.

If you leave without ordering, your visit record — and anything in it — is automatically deleted after 180 days. If you do order, it is kept as part of your order record, as described under “How long I keep it”.

Payments

Payment is handled entirely by my payment processor. Your card number, expiry date, and security code are entered on its secure payment system and never touch this website. I never see, store, or have access to your card details.

How I use your information

To prepare and deliver your reading, and any follow-up you ask for.
To answer your support emails and resolve any issue with your order.
To send you occasional offers by email, because you are a customer. Every one carries an unsubscribe link, one click stops them for good, and unsubscribing never affects your reading or your support.
To follow up if you begin an order but don't finish it — I may email you about the reading you started, in case something went wrong or you simply ran out of time. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.

What I never do

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only services that handle any of your data are my payment processor, which handles your payment, my order-processing service, which holds the visit and order records described above, the email service that delivers your reading and my replies to your inbox, and a secure notification service that alerts me the moment a new order or enquiry arrives (it sees your name, your email address, which reading you chose, and the campaign that brought you — never anything you write for your reading). The private details of your reading — your questions, your dates, your names — are never shared with anyone.

How long I keep it

I keep readings and order records for as long as they are needed to support you — for example, to honour follow-up questions and the 60-day money-back guarantee — and to meet legal obligations such as basic bookkeeping. If you would like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email support@psychicpamela.com from the address you ordered with, and I will take care of it.

Cookies and tracking

Beyond what is described below, this site does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The browser storage described above exists solely so the forms don't lose your answers — it is not used to track you across other websites.

If you arrive here through a link from an advert, an email, or a partner, the site sets one first-party cookie (named pp_attr) remembering how you found me — the campaign or partner named in the link you clicked, along with a random session reference, which page you entered through, and (when one is present) the ad platform's click reference from that link, so your visit isn't lost if your browser clears its storage mid-session. It exists so that, if you order a reading, your order can be credited to the right campaign or partner. It is set and read by this site alone, kept for about 90 days, never sold or shared for anyone else's purposes, and does not follow you around other websites. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time without affecting your reading.

When I advertise my readings — for example on Facebook or through Google — this site can load that platform's standard measurement pixel so I know which adverts actually helped people find me, and stop paying for the ones that didn't. These pixels see which pages of this site you visit; they never see your questions, your date of birth, or anything you write for your reading. They are active only while such campaigns run, and they are governed by the privacy policy of the platform that provides them.

Children

My readings are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided me with personal information, contact me and I will delete it.
